H.E Agnes Ntutu is the honorable First Lady of Kajiado County in Kenya.
She has been actively working towards an Alternative Rights of Passage (ARP) project where girls are taught life skills, provided with a safe space to share their concerns, and protected from Female Genital Mutilation.
She’s a transformative leader. When we visited her county and paid her a courtesy call during the Kenya Keynote Tour last month, I was glad to gift her with a book I co-authored, titled “The Power of Leadership With M Teresa Lawrence”.
By equipping leaders with more knowledge on how to lead strategically, we arm them with the power to transform their communities through impact-led development, paving wider gates for those behind them.
