When I talk about the leadership of play, it is about being okay with having fun, with being silly, with connecting with that part of yourself. That was a child that had dreams and hopes.

I was really curious the other day, how many people had dreams of changing the world when they were young? How many people wanted to travel the world? How many people wanted to write a bestselling book? I wonder how many people had all those dreams and actually did what they wanted to do.

Playfulness reminds people that they’re allowed to do what they want to do. They’re allowed to have fun in this life.
